RESCHEDULING, CANCELING, TARDINESS
24-hour notice required to reschedule or cancel appointments.
Appointment changes with less than 24-hr notice are charged 59% and ALL no shows are charged 100%.
Salon En Vogue experts are booked in advance and keep a waitlist to serve as many clients as possible. You are very important to us. We understand that occasionally unavoidable events occur and make every effort to accommodate you if you call to reschedule.

We extend a 10-minute grace period to all clients.
As a courtesy, we text and email appointment reminders and call clients if they do not arrive within the grace period.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask you to contact us with in 7 days of your service. We will schedule you to come in and have your service looked at and if needed redone free of charge.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Here at Salon En Vogue, we give out complimentary samples of any product you would like to try or our recommendation for you, that way our guests do not have to purchase a product without knowing if they like it or not.
RETURNS
All unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full credit. Make -up only can not be returned due to cross contamination , if an allergy reaction occurs a full credit is allowed.
MOBILE DEVICES
To provide a peaceful experience for all customers we ask that you please silence your devices.
CHILDREN
Children not receiving services, are not permitted on the salon floor. Children accompanying guests receiving services must be seated in the waiting area.
SERVICE DEPOSITS
We require a $25.00 deposit on all new guest bookings and a $50.00 deposit on all services that are more than or equal to $100.00.
