24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to our team of stylists here at Salon En Vogue. We reserve your appointments just for you and graciously ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, please provide us with a 24 hour notice. This way our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly as we may accommodate clients on our waiting list. Of course, we understand that unavoidable issues come up, and we will do our best to work with you.

Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s).

 

No shows will be charged 100% of service amount.

 

As a courtesy , we do call, text and/or email confirmations. If we are unable to reach you for any reason, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.

TARDY POLICY

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are running late; we know life happens and sometimes running behind can be unavoidable! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our team's day.

 

For this reason, guests will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After this time, we will call and check in. If said guest is going to be more than 10 minutes late, it can result in forgoing parts of your service in order for our stylist to keep on time for their next guest.

Furthermore, if we run late for you, we will try give you a call or text in a reasonable amount of time to notify you. (Although, keeping on time is a courtesy we always try to provide for our guests).

GUARANTEE SERVICES

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask you to contact us within seven days of your service. We will schedule you to come in and have your service looked at and if needed, redone free of charge. 

GUARANTEE PRODUCTS

Here at Salon En Vogue, we give out complimentary samples of any product you would like to try or what we recommend for you. This way our guests can try before they buy!

RETURN POLICY

All unopened products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Only makeup can not be returned due to cross contamination.

If an allergic reaction occurs, a full refund is allowed.

CELL PHONES

As a courtesy to others, we ask you to please silence your phones and any other devices.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children on not allowed on the salon floor while guests are receiving services, unless of course they are receiving a service.

SERVICE DEPOSITS

We require a $25.00 deposit on all new guest bookings and a $50.00 deposit on all services that equal $100.00 or over.
